Whole Being Wellness

The Acorn Center is one of New Hampshire’s newest comprehensive outpatient treatment centers.
It was developed, and is owned and run by, professionals who have decades of combined experience within the fields of mental health and addiction.
The goal of this program is to offer clients a whole-being approach to wellness rather than focus solely on recovery.
Services
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Our PHP program is a highly structured outpatient program which allows clients to work with a counselor in order to identify goals, develop a treatment plan and learn skills needed in order to accomplish said goals. We offer a number of resources including one on one and group counseling sessions and medically assisted treatment. We also have a psychiatric nurse practitioner available to help with mental health assessment and medication management, as needed.
We realize that not everyone is on the same path to recovery, and that different tools work for different people. We have developed our MAT program as an additional support to be used in combination with our other outpatient services, including group and individual counseling and mental health care. Clients will meet with our medical director in order to decide whether this may be an appropriate support service for them.
Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Similar to our PHP program, IOP offers individual and group counseling services, medically assisted treatment and mental health support. IOP level of care continues to support individuals in their recovery journey while allowing them to maintain responsibilities at home. The Acorn Center will work with you to find the balance and utilize the skills you have learned.
